At the annual board meeting April 4th, the board of directors of the Jack Williams Endowment for Wednesday's Child voted unanimously to increase the grants to designated charities dealing with special needs adoption to $310,000, up from $265,000 last year. Said Marci Williams: "the board feels this time of economic turmoil, with so many of these agencies and group homes hurting financially, is the time for us to step up to the plate and help more."
