Hi there!
I'm an employee of DSS and was recently perusing the success stories
of Wednesday's Child. One of the stories was about Tyrone Lavin, adopted
in 1986, and stated that he is searching for his sister who was adopted
by another family. My colleagues would be able to help him with his
search. At DSS, there are two employees who focus on searching for birth
family members. Their names are Sheila Frankel and Owen Bailey. I'm
sure that he would be interested to know that Sheila and Owen would
