The economic downturn has placed more and more pressure on agencies and
group homes that help special needs children find adoptive families. The
Endowment for Wednesday's Child has given $2-million since 2000. Each
year, $250,000 is given to needy organizations helping these children.
The Jack Williams Endowment for Wednesday's Child is a 501 (C)(3) IRS
recognized charity that has no employees and is run out of the Williams'
home. Neither Marci nor Jack take any salary, but contribute thousands
each year.
