Dear Jack, I am a DSS Social Worker and for many years I have wanted to write and let you know how much I appreciate all that you have done for the children in this Commonwealth! Your personality and presentation are wonderful and I consider you a true hero! Please keep up your good work and remember...the children of this Commonwealth are all the better for having a person like you in their corner!

Jack, Thanks, and also thanks for all your work on behalf of the many, many children you have helped over the years. You truly have made a difference in this world. I cannot think of a greater compliment to pay anyone than that they "made a difference." Regards - John W.
